All licencees required to complete certification of trade compliance in SIEF.space by 19 September 2022

As communicated on SIEF.space 19 July 2022 , Concawe has implemented due diligence measures to ensure that its SIEF's activities comply with EU sanctions against Russia* in force since 3 June 2022. These now require all licencees to complete and submit a certificate of trade compliance in order to maintain access to Concawe files on SIEF.space.

In the period to 19 September 2022, SIEF.space access will remain open to all licencees. Acceptance of the online certificate by 19 September 2022 is required for licencees to maintain normal access to SIEF.space. If the certificate has not been submitted by this date, access to SIEF.space will be limited to the certification page. Upon acceptance of the certificate after 19 September, normal SIEF.space access will be resumed.

Note:

  1. Concawe dossier update 2022 invoices and (following receipt of payment by Concawe) access to IUCLID files will become available to co-registrants only after acceptance of the certificate.
  2. The certificate has a 6 month validity and is to be re-submitted by the expiry date provided (6 months since last signature). Reminders to re-submit will be provided by SIEF.space.
